Pros
I was offered the job within the same solar day after interviewing for the position. The staff at the headquarters were very helpful. Schoolhouse staff members were nice and welcoming when I subbed at unlike schoolhouse locations. In social club to stay an active sub, you had to only accept three assignments per calendar month.
Cons
The but Con was the behavior of some of the students while working, which really isn't that big of a con. It is typical for kids to goof off when there is a substitute teacher. I had a wonderful time.

Mission-minded employees who are generally great to piece of work alongside. Medical benefits and days off exceed many other orgs.
Cons
For many of the admin/salaried folks, information technology means long hours and an uneven schedule. Pay is below the boilerplate for this industry.
